 By purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Payment and Delivery

  • Payment on Delivery: All payments are collected by our logistics partner, God Is Good Logistics, on our behalf at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery Duration: The timeline for transport and delivery is determined solely by God Is Good Logistics. We are not responsible for any delays or changes in their schedule.
  • Delivery Locations: Home delivery availability is at the discretion of God Is Good Logistics. If home delivery is not possible, customers are required to pick up their orders from a designated location specified by the logistics partner.

2. Returns and Damages

  • Return Policy: Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Customer Responsibility: We are not liable for damages caused by customer mishandling or misuse after delivery.
  • Inspection and Reporting: Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any defects or damages within 48 hours to be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Product Assembly and Specifications

  • Assembly: All our products are proudly assembled in Nigeria with high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Fire Resistance:
    • PVC-based products: Fire resistance up to 150°C.
    • MGO plus HPL board products: Fire resistance up to 800°C.
  • Definition of Fire Resistance: Our products are fire-resistant, not “fireproof.” Like “bulletproof” or “waterproof” items, there are limits to protection. Exposure beyond the rated temperatures may compromise the product’s integrity.

4. Liability

  • Logistics Partner: We are not liable for delivery delays, product damage, or other issues caused by God Is Good Logistics.
  • Product Use: Customers are responsible for proper usage of products within the defined specifications (e.g., fire resistance limits). Misuse voids any liability on our part.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nigerian law.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates take immediate effect upon posting on our official website.
